As student ambassadors, the scholars will act as active representatives of ABF. They will be expected to participate in current and future promotional activities, and as such, will be interviewed and photographed by our marketing department. The scholars will also contribute from time-to-time in the promotion of the Aaron Barnett Foundation by supporting events organized for scholars, and community outreach events organized by the Board of Directors. The scholars agree no payment will be made by ABF to the scholar for their participation in promotional activities. The foundation reserves the right to revoke the scholarship in the event the scholar is not fulfilling the requirements of the role.

• The scholar is expected to be enrolled for the intake stated on their Scholarship Offer Letter. 
• The scholar must comply with the terms and conditions of admittance and the University/College Regulations, including their Attendance and Academic Integrity Policies.
• Where there is a failure to comply then the scholarship award may be withdrawn in whole or part.
• Scholarships do not include any other expenses, for example, living and transport costs.

• The scholar assigns to the foundation any intellectual property or other rights that are created as part of the promotional material.

Mrs. Woods delivered the technical prizes to Edgarventura Melendrez, the president’s award winner and Darren Manalo Excellence award winner on Wednesday, June 24th

• Scholarship/ABF Student Ambassadors will confirm/finalize their registration with CC, CSU, or UC to obtain their student ID.
• Ambassadors will provide information to ABF Treasurer, Tim Kelly & Executive Director Sabina Islam who will coordinate the distribution of awards to your respective school financial offices.
• Ambassadors and their parents will be invited to join the ABF Board at a in person meeting in August to obtain their ABF Student Ambassador Portfolio & Guidelines
