Bursting with enthusiasm for technology, sporting a smile that would light up the room, and inspiring others to push themselves to always pursue more in life - characteristics of the man Aaron Barnett: THAT is why I joyfully accepted the invitation to join the Board for this Foundation in the namesake of my dear friend and mentor!
I’ve been blessed to serve under Aaron’s leadership vision for over 20 years at Moreno Valley Unified School District. Beginning my ed tech career in 1997 as a Network Technician, I’ve grown as a professional and a leader, currently working as a Systems Administrator. I was honored to fill in for Aaron as acting Director of Information Systems/Technology for over a year while he fought the most fierce of his life’s battles.
I currently live in Moreno Valley with my precious wife Maureen. We have 3 children and two grandchildren. I love camping, motorsports, music, and traveling.
I embrace this opportunity to provide a pathway for young women and men to go after their dreams. Through the good work of this Foundation many success stories are just beginning to be written, cybertechnology will excel, and lives will be enriched thanks to the vision originally inspired by Aaron!
