Aaron Barnett was like a devoted father to those that had the privilege of working alongside him. There appeared to be this sustained and lifelong calling on ones heart to accompany Aaron on whatever adventure lay before him. As if his purpose in life was to inspire and exalt those around him towards building a better world. His passion for cybersecurity radiated and permeated the depths of the technology professional community. Aaron had a unique way of making you come alive and at the same time leave you feeling highly esteemed and ready to lock arms with one of the greats. No matter where he went, he would undoubtedly cross paths with someone influenced by his distinct personality and compassionate heart. I believe John Ruskin summed up Aaron wonderfully, "A great thing can only be done by a great person; and they do it without effort." Aaron made being great look so easy and I am certain the greatness of his legacy will continue without much effort at all.
